Mock interviews depend on staff and mentor time, so most students walk in unrehearsed.

interviewIQ gives every student unlimited, private practice for the specific job they're applying to, with feedback right away.

The student adds the job post, picks a 5-question interview (about 8 minutes) or a 10-question one (about 15 minutes), and answers an AI interviewer out loud.

It grades five areas: clear answers, examples, fit for the role, confidence, and knowledge. Each area gets a score, plus an overall score out of 100. The student gets back:

• Their overall score and the five area scores
• Their strongest area, and the one to work on
• Feedback on every answer: what went well, what to improve, and a stronger way to say it
• Tips, practice questions, and free learning resources from trusted sources like MIT, Harvard and Khan Academy
• A branded PDF of the whole scorecard

Score 80 or higher and they earn an "Interview Ready" badge they can download and post on LinkedIn. The badge doesn't show the score.
