We email you a sign-in link. It works once, for 30 minutes.
You stay signed in on that device for 30 days. There is no password.
Today
Today is your to-do list, built from your CRM or your store. It shows who to reach, not just numbers.
Reach today: new people nobody has contacted yet, newest first.
Deals to chase: open deals past their close date, biggest first.
Gone quiet: people still open who nobody has reached in over 30 days.
Win back: store customers who bought once and have not come back.
Tick each one off as you go. Open in HubSpot takes you straight to that person or deal.
Overview
The numbers that matter, from the tools you connected: ad spend, new leads, website visits, open deals, emails and sales.
Tap the ? next to any number to see what it means and how we count it. Test entries are always left out.
What needs attention lists the problems we found in your tools, each with what to do about it.
The tool tabs
Each connected tool gets a tab: Ads, Website, CRM, Email and Store. Each shows the details, what is working and what is not.
Switch between the last 7, 30 or 90 days at the top.
The board updates on its own. Click Refresh to pull the latest numbers now.
Your audit
If you started with a free Funnel Leak Check, your audit has its own tab once it is ready. It scores your setup and lists where leads leak, with the number behind each finding.
You can download it as a PDF and keep it.
Your team
The owner adds people from the Team tab, by email. Pick Manager or Team for each one.
They get an email and sign in with their own address. Remove someone and they lose access right away.
Logins by plan, owner included: Free Leak Check 1, See 2, The Board 5, The Board + Engine 5. Need more? Extra logins are $10 a month each.
Your brand
The owner opens the Brand tab to pick a color and upload a logo (PNG or JPEG, up to 300KB).
Your board wears them for everyone on your team.
Connect another tool
Open your connect page and click Send me a new link, or email us. See How to connect your tools for what each tool needs.
If a tool stops answering, the board says so. Usually a password changed or access was removed. Reconnect it from your connect page, or email us and we fix it with you.
