Everything the board does

Not a dashboard. An action board.

A dashboard shows you numbers and stops. The Board tells you who to reach today, starts the follow-up, and shows what came back. Four levels. Most tools stop at the first.

Level 1: See

Every number, one screen.

Orders, customers, email results, and repeat rate, pulled live from the tools you already use and refreshed about every 15 minutes.

This week

1,284Orders
642New customers
38%Came back
21%Click rate

Level 2: Know

A list of who needs attention.

The board flags the customers who started and stalled. Hottest first, with the issue and what we know about each one.

Needs a nudge

  • JAAdded to cart, did not check outCoffee
  • PSOne order, nothing sinceTea
  • MTRepeat buyer, quiet for a monthCoffee
  • RKSkipped two shipmentsCoffee
Level 3: Act

The follow-up starts itself.

Land on the list and a three-message sequence begins. Anyone who has not acted by day 14 moves to a task list for a person on your team.

Abandoned cart sequence

Message 1Sent, day 0
Message 2Sent, day 5
Message 3Goes out day 10
Day 14Task list if no action
Started the moment they landed on the list
Level 4: Prove

See what it brought back.

Every nudge is logged. The board counts who came back within 14 days and what they ordered. It never claims the nudge caused it.

Questions people ask first.

Do we have to replace our tools?

No. The board is built on top of what you already use. For our first client, nothing was replaced.

Which tools work?

Any tool with an API or an MCP connector. Check your stack and you'll see which ones we connect today.

Who owns what?

Your data is yours, and you can export it any time. The board itself is ours. We host it and keep it running for as long as you subscribe.

Is our data safe?

The board sits behind a login, and only people you approve get one. It reads your data by default and acts only on steps you approved. Access keys are locked before they're stored, and never shown in full again.

How fast can we have one?

Once you pay, you connect your tools on one page and your board starts filling in. The first working version of our first board took hours. Most of the time after that goes into getting the views right with you.

What does the AI do?

Your board comes with the Funnel Repair Analyst. Ask it questions in plain words, like who to reach first or where people drop off, and it answers from your own data. It also sends a weekly summary to your inbox. It reads your data and acts only on steps you approve.
