What is an action board?

An action board is one live screen that connects the tools a business already uses and tells the team what to do today: who to reach, which follow-up to start, and what came back from the last one.

A dashboard shows numbers and stops. An action board adds three things: a daily list of people to contact, a button that starts the follow-up in your own CRM or email tool, and a count of who came back and what they spent.

What's the difference between a dashboard and an action board?

A dashboard reports what happened. An action board also tells you who to act on, starts the follow-up, and proves what it brought back.

How do I see my HubSpot, ad and website numbers in one place?

How do I know which ads actually bring in customers?

Tag every ad link with UTM tags, make sure your website counts leads as key events, and connect your ad accounts to the same place as your CRM so each lead carries the ad it came from.

The most common leak we find: the ad platform reports clicks, but the website records far fewer paid visits, because links are missing tracking tags or the analytics tag is missing from landing pages. Until that's fixed, no report can say which ad brought a customer.

What does Klaviyo not show me?

Klaviyo shows how your emails performed, but on its own it doesn't put your email results next to your ad spend, your Shopify customers and your website traffic in one view.

An action board connects Klaviyo with Shopify and your ad accounts, shows which customers came back after a message, and lists who to win back next.

How fast should I follow up with a new lead?

How do I get my team on the board?

The account owner adds each person by email from the Team tab on the board, as a Manager or Team member. They sign in with their own email, with no password.
