- Connect and answer 3 questions (about 5 minutes). Paste your ActiveCampaign key, tell us your website, who approves our work, and the one thing to fix first. We read your website for your look and how you talk, so there is no long form.
- Kickoff call (30 minutes). Book it right after. We walk through your account and agree what we build first.
- Week 1. We review your account and fix what is leaking.
- Week 2. Your board goes live and your follow-up switches on.
- Every month after. Requests, approvals and a report. You approve; we do the work.

Does anything send without me?
No. Nothing new goes out until you approve it.
What if I do not use deals?
That is fine. We set up follow-up on your contacts, and add deals later if you want them.
How fast is a request done?
Within 3 business days, built and ready for you to approve.
How much is it?
$699 a month at the founders price, instead of $999. Your price stays $699 for as long as your plan stays active. That includes 4 hours of work a month, your action board and a monthly report. Extra hours are $75, in 4-hour blocks of $300. Month to month. The $599 setup is waived while founders pricing lasts.
How do the hours work?
You get 4 hours of work a month, counted in 15-minute steps. A single email or text usually takes 15 to 30 minutes, a change to an automation 30 to 60 minutes, and a new 5-email automation 1 to 2 hours. Watching your board, your monthly report and setup never use your hours. Unused monthly hours do not roll over. Need more? Buy 4 more hours for $300 ($75 an hour) from Help on your board. Those roll over until used and are not refunded if you cancel. We always tell you before anything goes over.
Can I cancel?
Yes. It is month to month. Cancel any time, and everything we built stays in your account.
