The leaks live in the gap. I work in the gap.

I'm Greg Roberts. Twenty years in this business: agency owner, marketing director, and the rare cross-section of creative director and technical integrator. I've worked across automotive, SaaS, media, and eCommerce, on both sides of the wall that usually splits this work in two.

Here's the argument behind Funnel Repair Company. Most automation people can build a flow but can't write the ad. Most creative people can write the ad but have never opened a CRM. Both are fine at their jobs. But the leaks don't live inside either job. They live in the gap between them: the lead the campaign bought that the follow-up never touched, the sequence that fires the wrong message because nobody tagged the source, the campaign that got turned off because the platform couldn't see the revenue it was producing.

Because I do both jobs, your ads, landing pages, and CRM come from one brain instead of three vendors who don't talk. When I read a funnel, I'm not guessing at the half I didn't build.

I work with twelve businesses at a time. That's not a waiting-list trick; it's what keeps me personally in every account, which is the entire point of hiring me instead of an agency that will hand you to a junior in month two.

Outside client work I'm building Común Root, a food and culture brand rooted in Oaxaca. It keeps the creative side honest: storytelling with no dashboard to hide behind.
